I turn curiosity about people into products, experiences, and categories that grow.

I started in kitchens, where I learned that every choice—from flavor and price to presentation and timing—shapes what people experience. That curiosity led me into food science, where I spent years developing and commercializing products for leading food companies.
Over time, my work expanded beyond formulation. I began connecting consumer needs, sales patterns, product performance, and customer feedback to answer bigger business questions: What should we make? Who is it for? How should it be positioned? Where can a category grow?
Today, I bring that perspective to consumer insights and category management. I pair technical fluency with an MBA in finance, marketing training, and hands-on operating experience. As the founder of Trilo Coffee, I apply the same approach in real time—testing concepts, analyzing product mix and pricing, listening to customers, and improving the experience with every event.
I also teach at the College of DuPage, helping future food professionals connect craft with analytical thinking, communication, and leadership. Across every part of my work, the through line is simple: understand people deeply, make the data useful, and turn insight into action.
